Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. 

  1. Return Eligibility  

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. 

    2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Gift cards or promotional items 
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with: 
  • Your order number
  • Photos or video showing the issue 
  • A brief description of the problem 

Once verified, we will offer either: 

  • A replacement product, or 
  • A full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [aripcollection@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product: 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 

6. Exchanges

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
